Reviewing…Lush Chris the Camel Bath Fizzer

Hey everyone! 🙂

Kinda late for a Christmas bath product post I know but this was a gift so it wasn’t received til after the big day🎄

I was super eager to this guy (Lush’s Chris the Came) but it (along with a few others) was making my bathroom smell like a Lush store so I let him live there a little longer before he got his bath debut.

Chris retailed at £4.95 and as far as bath bombs go is worth every penny – this was a king of bath bombs.

The colours were bright, scent strong, texture was gorgeously creamy, and there was a touch of golden shimmer too. I also love that the little pink saddle came loose once it was in the water so I took it out and added later for an extra pop of colour.

The scent gave off warming vibes – kinda like a warm winter drink, orange and spices stood out – this contains cinnamon and orange oil so makes sense – there’s also clove, black pepper, gardenia, and most interesting to me – date syrup, for those of you whose noses are much better than mine at picking up notes.

In the end, the bath was a kinda murky green 🥬- I love having gorgeous-coloured bath water – so this was the one little low point of this bath bomb.

Here’s the full list of Chris’s ingredients -Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid, Perfume, Gardenia Extract, Black Pepper Oil, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Clove Bud Oil, Brazilian Orange Oil, Cream of Tartar, Titanium Dioxide, Date Syrup, Water, Glycerin, Sodium Coco Sulfate, Synthetic Fluorphlogopite, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Hydroxy Propyl Methyl Cellulose, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Dipropylene Glycol, Tin Oxide, Citral, Eugenol, Limonene, Linalool, Colours – 77491, 77492, 42090, 60725, 17200, 42053, 45410, 45410:2, 45410:1

If Chris makes a return, I absolutely recommend you try him 💛
